COMBINED SERVICES, INC.
COMBINED SERVICES was incorporated and began operating in May of 1994.
Our President’s knowledge of architecture and construction has aligned
us with a keen understanding of the needs of the corporate client and
their commercial construction needs.
Since our inception sixteen years ago our client base has increased
dramatically. Institutional work for the past year was approximately 3
million dollars. Additional clients, such as banks, retailers, United
States Postal Service, several locations for the Department of Motor
Vehicles and the construction of racquetball courts for the Marine
Corps, is a synopsis of a few of our projects. We have completed adult
living shelters for Loudoun County as-well-as Fairfax County. Combined
Services has been an on-call general contractor for twelve-years for the
University of Maryland in College Park, MD and has completed over 3
million dollars in renovation services for them. Recently we have
completed over 2 million dollars in surety recovery projects where
contractors have failed to complete their contractual obligations.
Combined Services completed numerous renovations of high school science
laboratories and the construction of a Performing Arts Center at
Woodbridge High School for the Prince William County School System for a
construction value in excess of $2 million. The majority of our clients
continue to account for additional projects and repeat business. Our
current clients include the Federal Government, Loudoun County, Surety
companies, Northern Virginia Community College System, University of
Maryland and the State of Virginia as well as various private companies.
A recently completed project with construction costs in excess of $3.5
million was the Art Room Addition and Cafeteria Renovation at the
Sterling Middle School for the Loudoun County Public School system.
Security work is a high priority with us and we currently perform work
for the FBI and the Arlington County Sheriff’s Office. Additionally,
Combined Services is an owner certified minority contractor in the
District of Columbia, Maryland and Virginia.
Our field personnel are highly skilled mechanics with proficiency in all
areas of general contracting, tenant fit-out and interior renovations.
We have built our reputation on the completion of quality work. We have
a bonding capacity of $8,000,000. As COMBINED SERVICES continues to grow
our goal for the future remains the same, quality workmanship without
compromising our clients’ needs.
